PAYMENT
Morrissey’s Clothes Cottage accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A receipt is shipped with your order.
SALES TAX
We are not required to collect sales tax as Morrissey’s Clothes Cottage is located in Medford, Oregon.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Free shipping on all domestic orders. We ship 1-2 business days (ground) from the date the order is processed using UPS, Fed-Ex, or United States Postal Service. Average arrival time is within 5-7 business days. You will be notified by e-mail the day your order is shipped.
RETURNS
Whatever your requirements may be, your satisfaction is always our first concern. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, send the item(s) back to Morrissey’s Clothes Cottage within 30 days of receipt, include the sales slip and reason for return. The item(s) must be insured for its full value. Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Your credit card will be credited the amount of the return when it is received. We will confirm the credit by e-mail.
Please Note: Morrissey’s Clothes Cottage cannot refund for merchandise that has been worn or washed.
EXCHANGE
If you would like to exchange an item, e-mail us first at jmorrissey@qwestoffice.net and let us know what you need. We can then advise in terms of availability and put a hold in the item(s). Your package must be insured for the full value. Shipping charges for the exchanged item(s) are the responsibility of the customer. We will ship your exchanged item(s) back to you free.
